Payment is made via the Visma Pay online service and the statement and invoice will show Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy as the beneficiary of the payment. We deliver orders all over the world. Products from our online shop are available immediately and are dispatched to the customer on the same or next working day. Orders over €60 are free of shipping costs.

Ordering
- Add the products you want to your shopping cart.
- Once the products are in your shopping cart, press the cart icon to proceed to checkout.
- Go through all stages of the checkout – choose delivery and payment methods, postage costs will be automatically calculated.
- After order is done you'll get an order conformation to your e-mail. Order conformation will include list of item you ordered, order amount and payment information. History of your orders you can check in your account in our webshop.
- Order will be sent same or next business day. If you have chosen payment via Bank transfer, order will be shipped after we get your payment.
Color difference
Note that item real color may differ from colors you see on photos, because photo is not always able to catch colors as they are in reality. Colors you see on photos also depend on your display settings.
Returns
NOT USED items can be returned within 14 days from the moment they were received, cost of items will be returned to the buyer (only for orders sent by post). Notice, always contact us before returning products! Right for return does not cover items made by order and items which were under influence of force majeure. NOTE! Earrings and piercing jewelry can't be returned, because these products can't be resold (Kuluttajasuojalaki 6:16 § 3 ja 4).
Warranty
All jewelry has warranty of 30 days.
Recomendations
It is not recommended to swim and take a shower with jewelry. All jewelry should be used with care, kept in a dark place in individual soft package (this will help to keep colors and save jewelry from scratches). It is not allowed to give jewelry to children.
